Customer Service Representative – Heavy Plant & Equipment – Southwest UK

A huge name within the Heavy Plant & Equipment industry are looking for a Customer Service Representative to drive their aftersales growth through the sale of parts and consumables throughout the Southwest.

 

Role: Customer Service Representative

Area: Bristol & surrounding Southwest areas

Salary: £37,250 + commission scheme

The requirements of the Customer Service Representative will be:

  • Increase aftersales revenue by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions

  • Build strong relationships, ensuring customer needs are met 

  • Create new aftersales business opportunities 

  • Actively pursue potential leads and follow through to secure new business

  • Maintain and update accurate records of sales activity

The ideal candidate for Customer Service Representative will have:

  • Experience working within the construction machinery or plant hire industry 

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills

  • Strong communication skills internally and externally

  • Ability to build relationships quickly

  • Full UK Driving licence
